“Warm Wilds” is definitely one of my favorite summer sky paintings I’ve ever created. The soft blend of purples, pinks with light and deep yellows brings together a scene that feels hopeful, joyful, and full of wonder. The wildflowers seem to celebrate the sky, adding layers of detail, movement, and whimsy which ties up the whole piece together.
It captures one of those beautiful days you never want to leave. Its cheerful energy and uplifting colors can brighten any space, making it one of the happiest paintings I’ve ever made. Did I already mention that it’s my fave watercolor canvas painting ever?!✨🌸🌿
